Hopefully you will not ban me too, but there is so many people posting about the whiteouts. If you see something weird on the Shumann always verify with the original sources. The Shumann gets their data from the GOES and ACE satellites. All of the whiteouts are on GOES magnetometer as a arcjet reset. The GOES west satellite moved out of orbit or they moved it to avoid space debris, and then GOES east was moved later that day for the second whiteout. You can verify by looking at the original source and adjust to the UTC time. Find the source at >NOAA space weather prediction> products and platforms> GOES magnetometer. You can click on the graph to see the time they used the arcjets to move the satellites. (Blackouts are seen on the ACE satellite). Also, if you experienced symptoms that day there was a m class solar flare during the whiteout.
