Hey Colby had an idea for a low level Warlock build using 2024 rules.

1st lvl take pact of the tome to get Ray of frost which RAW says counts as a Warlock spell

2nd lvl take Repelling blast put it on Ray of frost now enemy movement is basically 10 feet

3rd lvl take Great Old One as your patron use the Psychic spells feature to make Ray of frost deal Psychic damage instead if cold.

I like to call this combo Brain freeze I hope you like it
